Renew Online Only Pune Users

When to Renew ?
Upon completion of One year from the date of commissioning of your account.

OR

When your balance hours are nearing zero. Safe bet is to renew when you have approx. 5 Hrs left.

Reminders
VSNL system sends you a reminder email when balance hours approach zero. It is followed by 2 or so reminders. Nobody calls you on phone.

Renewal Time
VSNL generally renews the account immediately. There is no waiting period for renewals.

Termination
VSNL does not terminate an account abruptly. However if you fail to renew your account within few overdue days , you may have to pay Rs 500/- as reactivation charges.
