- The moment you learned the Log In and Log Out procedure ,
you ought to learn next best step of managing or changing your own Password.
- You can change the password in two ways.
- TCP/IP account user should Telnet to your own account. After
Loging in , Select the option to Change Password. Enter the Old password, Type P to pick
up your own choice, Now enter the new Password , Re-enter for verification & Wow !
It's done. Sounds simple. Don't worry, if you can not manage it for the first time, ;-) .
Just give a call to your Customer support agent.

options provided by your local node.
- Click your respective city to reach the password
change Page.

revert back to old passwords.

Have you
lost your password ?
- Inform Helpdesk and see if you can request
to lock the account. Keep your customer code handy.
- Prepare an Application form , with a request
to reset your password , addressed to respective Customer Relations officer.
- Sign. The signature should be the same as
per the original application form when you subscribed the account.
- Enclose a cheque of Rs 100/- , payable to
"Videsh Sanchar Nigam Limited".
- Submit personally to the office and collect
the new password.
