Have you verified the Balance Hours ?

1. You can see the  balance hours once you login into the Terminal account.
2. Alternatively, you can verify your balance hours by following these links.
   Mumbai Users.
   Pune Users.
3. You can also verify your balance hours using Telnet.
   Connect to Internet...Click on Start..Run. Type telnet. Click OK..Click on Connect. Give host address same as the part of your email address after the sign @. Click OK. Give Login , password. End of the page displays your balance hours.
4. When you log in for the first ever time , with the help of Customer support agents, make it a point to note that the balance hours are the same as you might have paid it for. Say 500 Hrs. Balance hours should be 500.00 or may be anything between 499.01 to 499.99 .
5. Keep a regular tab on the balance hours. If you see abnormal reduction is balance hours, change your password immediately. Complains to VSNL or the Customer support agent is fruitless since you and only you are responsible for secrecy of your password.
