aint Thomas More School is situated on a 90-acre site adjacent to Gardner Lake. The campus spreads over lawns, athletic fields and woodlands to provide an ideal school setting that is a safe haven from the outside pressures that can adversely affect a young man's development.

 

The School has three large dormitories which house 210 boys, mostly in double rooms. There are a few single rooms. In addition to students, each dormitory houses faculty members in special faculty apartments. There is a large dining hall, an administration building, three classroom buildings, a library, a boathouse, a chapel and many faculty houses.

 

The athletic facilities at Saint Thomas More School support a variety of sports and activities. There is a gymnasium, an indoor swimming pool, and five athletic fields for football, baseball, track, soccer, and lacrosse. The school also has 4000 feet of waterfront on Gardner Lake which is the "training ground" for our crew team.

Our computer laboratory contains 15 IBM compatible computers. The computer laboratory is not only available for computer classes; it is also used by our regular academic classes. Our goal is to have our students take advantage of the computer technology presently available for their area of instruction. Our library has a technology center available for students which includes two Internet stations. The school is fully cognizant of its needs to keep up with modern technology. Many students enrolling at Saint Thomas More bring their personal computers.
