Oil lower again as Opec dithers on output norm
WORLD oil prices lost ground today amid hesitation in OPEC over the cartel’s next move on production. London Brent blend last traded 28 cents weaker at $25.83 a barrel.

AS IF the dwindling Russian interest in Indian teas was not enough, the next shocker seems to be coming from Germany.
