Fujitsu Compound Semiconductor, Inc. ("FCSI")
is a U.S. - based sales, marketing, and design center (R&D)
arm of Fujitsu Quantum Devices, Ltd. ("FQD").
FQD and FCSI are part of the Fujitsu Limited group of companies,
one of the world's largest suppliers of optoelectronic and
microwave semiconductor components.
A California corporation headquartered in San
Jose, FCSI serves the North and South American markets and selected
international locations as a distributor of microwave and lightwave
gallium-arsenide based semiconductor products utilized in the
communications industry. With sales exceeding $125 million a year
