The Programmes
Two year full time Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) programme offering specialisations in Finance, Marketing and Human Resource Management. Minor specialisation is provided in Systems & Project Management. The course is split into four semesters and the total academic credits to be obtained over the entire course is 140. The first year courses are compulsory for all the students whereas in the second year students are allowed to choose credit courses from one specialisation or across all specialisations.

One year full time Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Development (PGDHRD) - a joint programme by SCMHRD in association with the Academy OF HRD - NATIONAL HRD NETWORK - for Post Graduates in Behavioural Sciences / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations. These students are to take up all the courses in Human Resource Management which a PGDM student has to take in the third and fourth semesters. Students are free to take up courses from other functional areas as non credit courses over and above the HR courses. The Number of credits to be taken during the two semesters is 65. They are also given a 15 days induction programme covering basics of all management functions before the HR programme starts.

All the students - both PGDM and PGDHRD - should successfully complete the non conventional courses like Yoga, Pranayama, Vipassana Meditation and other co-curricular learning activities, study circle and round table.
