Degree Requirements
Courses
Some official UMKC Class Schedules are on-line.
Please realize that courses taught by the School of Biological Sciences, as in the printed Class Schedules, may be located under ANY of the following headings:
| Biology |
| Life Sciences | Anatomy Biochemistry Microbiology Physiology |
Cell Biology and Biophysics (CBB) Molecular Biology and Biochemistry (MBB) |
(Local access only to Biological Sciences class schedules.)
Even though the official "Class Schedule & Guide" is and should be used as the only 'official' list for course information, especially reference numbers, it has been realized that, once printed, the Class Schedule is rapidly outdated by corrections and modifications. Students will be able to browse the On-Line Class Schedules which, we have been told, will be kept up-to-date on a (bi-)weekly basis.
Undergraduate Student Organizations
- The Biological Sciences Student Government (BSSG) aims to serve and
represent the students of SBS. For more information on this and other organizations, contact the Student Life Office.
- The SBS Pre-Med Society has made its SBS Pre-Med Training Booklet available to local viewers.
Newsletter
The bi-annual newsletter for UMKC SBS undergraduates, Biocommuniqué,
is now available on-line.
