Cost Effective & Complete Range of Flow Monitoring Equipment The Digiflow® FLS line includes a complete range of paddle wheel flow sensors, flow indicators and flow transmitters along with panel mount instruments and installation fittings. Additional FLS products include Ultra Low Flow Meters and insertion type Electromagnetic Flow Transmitters. Designed For Superior Performance Digiflow® FLS Flow Meters are designed for superior performance over standard paddle wheel designs. Excellent Low Flow Measurement • Accurately measures flow velocities down to 0.5 ft/sec. High Accuracy • +/- 1% of rate over a large velocity range. • Rotor blades have no magnetic interaction with the Hall effect or pulse effect transducer in the sensor body. The frequency output is linearly proportional to flow rate from 0.5 to 33 ft/sec. Long Service Life • FLS have a ceramic rotor shaft and bearings while other brands have metal shafts and no bearings. The FLS sensors with ceramic shafts and bearings have outlasted metal shaft types on services containing grit. High Corrosion Resistance • All plastic body flow meters have plastic, ceramic and elastomeric wetted parts only - no metal. External parts are all plastic. Anti-Fouling Design • Small magnets in the rotor blade lessen chance of fouling due to accumulation of magnetic particles in the process. Bearings and sensor body near rotor is designed to be self cleaning. Low Pressure Drops • Pressure Drops are negligible. Bidirectional • Flow rate can be measured in either direction. |
