Lucy has two pricing plans: You can choose the plan that best suits your needs. The Per Seat Plan is typically most cost-effective for dedicated usage of Lucy on one or a limited number of computers. The Per Drawing Plan is more cost-effective for low volume usage or when installing Lucy on a large number of seats. The Price Plan Comparison provides a summary of the two plans. Note: You can receive 10 free Conversion Units in order to complete your initial evaluation of Lucy. In this plan, you purchase a Seat License that gives you unlimited use of Lucy on one computer. A one year Maintenance Plan is bundled with your purchase. The Maintenance Plan entitles you to free Lucy upgrades, bug fixes, and telephone support. The Seat License price is $2995. After the first year, you can renew your Maintenance Plan for an annual fee of $495. Per Drawing Using Conversion Units Plan In this plan, you purchase "Conversion Units" from Zajtra and use them to pay for a converted drawing when you print the drawing or export it to a CAD file format (DXF or IGES). There are no per seat license fees, and you are licensed to install Lucy on any number of computers. Lucy upgrades, bug fixes, and telephone support are free. This plan allows you to cost-justify the conversion of each drawing. You can use Lucy to convert any number of drawings, and then only spend Conversion Units for those drawings for which you are sure Lucy saved you money. One Conversion Unit converts the contents of a typical A-size drawing. The table below lists the discount schedule for Lucy Conversion Units. Since you can share conversion units with any number of computers on a network, quantity discounts can be applied across your entire organization.
