  1. Technical Support will be available between 12/27/1999 and 12/31/1999 during normal business hours (9am to 5pm EST) via "Tech Talk!", live phone support and email.

  2. During our non-business hours between 12/24/1999 and 1/03/2000, our support center will be on 24x7 alert via eShare Technologies' emergency pagers:

  3. All customers in our "NetAgent Live" program that are hosted at eShare Technologies can reach our emergency Hosting Support at (888) 274-5156 or (888) 274-7359.
