Benefits Overview

The following will provide you with an overview of our benefits package. In most cases, the benefits apply to regular full-time employees and their qualified dependents. The majority of the plans are effective the first day of employment, unless otherwise specified.



Medical Insurance
You choose the plan that best fits your lifestyle. FCSI offers a comprehensive medical plan, underwritten by a major insurance carrier. Some FCSI locations also offer the Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, a Health Maintenance Organization.
Dental Insurance
In conjunction with our medical plans, FCSI offers a comprehensive dental plan.
Vision Care Plan
In addition to our medical and dental coverage, FCSI provides its employees with a vision-care plan offered through Vision Service Plan (VSP), the nation's largest provider of vision-care services.
Life Insurance
FCSI provides 100% paid life insurance for all employees. The plan pays your beneficiary(ies) at three times your annual base salary.
Long-Term Disability
As an income protection plan, LTD will pay 66 2/3% of an employee's monthly salary up to a specified maximum after a total disability of 90 days.
Personal Investment Earnings Plan (PIE)
We offer one of the best 401(k) plans around. PIE can help you provide for your future needs conveniently and with tax advantages. The plan not only gives you the opportunity to put aside from 2 to 15% of your covered earnings, but it can also provide company matching funds up to 3.5% of your covered earnings. In addition, it gives you a wide variety of options for investing so that you can customize your investment strategy to suit your individual needs today, tomorrow, and in the years ahead. The plan also features provisions for loans and for accepting "rollover" deposits from other qualified plans.
Flexible Benefit Plan
When you participate in this voluntary program, you use tax-free dollars to pay for a wide array of expenses which are not covered through your other benefits programs. The two main components of FCSI's Flexible Spending Program include the Health Care Spending Account and the Dependent Care Spending Account. These accounts offer you the chance to save tax dollars on out-of-pocket expenses that many people have to pay for anyway - like copayments, orthodontia expenses and child care.
Group Retirement Plan
The plan is completely funded by FCSI. There is no cost to employees. Fujitsu automatically enrolls an employee in the plan in the DRA feature of the plan, making a contribution of 4.0% of an employee's covered salary each calendar quarter. Employees are fully vested after 5 years of service (retroactive to date of hire).
Vacation
You will accrue 2 weeks of vacation per year during your first 4 years; 3 weeks each year during years 5-9; 4 weeks each year after completing 9 years of service.
Holidays
In addition to paid vacation, you will have 12 paid holidays annually. Six of these represent the customary holiday observances of New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. An additional six holidays will be designated by the Company and announced to employees.
Employee Referral Program
We're always looking for more employees to enhance our talented staff of professionals. Qualified employees who refer candidates who are hired can receive cash awards.
Service Award Program
FCSI appreciates longevity in employment and provides periodic awards after five years of continuous service.
Education Reimbursement Program
You are encouraged to use this program to continue your education or to improve your job related skills. Costs for approved courses are reimbursed at 100% for tuition fees and required course books, up to $5,250 per calendar year.
Company Condominiums
FCSI believes that time away for leisure is important to our employees' well-being. In support of that idea, we maintain several luxury condominiums at resort areas throughout the United States for use by all employees.
Exercise & Fitness Program
It is FCSI's policy to encourage employees to maintain their health through exercise, and wellness programs, while providing a means for maintaining business contacts and encouraging group activities. This program helps subsidize the cost of health club memberships or employee participation in other fitness related activities, (i.e. tennis, racquetball, aerobic classes, etc.)
Credit Union
FCSI is a member of the Technology Federal Credit Union. Employees are welcome to join the Credit Union, which offers a variety of financial services. Credit Union members are eligible to join Costco.
Group Legal Plan
This plan provides employees with free consultation and reduced legal fees at designated law firms.
Employee Assistance Program
FCSI cares about its employees. As part of that concern, we have established an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to provide help when confidential professional assistance or personal/relationship problems affect your life and work. The program offers information, consultation, and counseling for employees and their family members.
Additional Benefits
Personal Accident Insurance, Group Travel Accident Insurance, Automatic Paycheck Deposit, Recreational Discounts, and Company sponsored Recreational Activities.
