Our customer base consists of companies and organizations of all sizes, public and private. These include companies in the Petro Chemical, Mineral, Pulp and Paper Industries; Automotive and Aerospace Industries; Telephone, CATV and Power Utilities; Research and Product Development/ Manufacturing Facilities as well as Government agencies at all levels; Educational Institutions, primarily at the University and College levels and all forms of Medical Institutions, throughout Canada.

Instronics' personnel have over 25 years experience in sales and support in Cable Fault Location Test Systems, Industrial Transducers and Process Control and Instrumentation Products into the above mentioned organizations. We have been instrumental in developing new markets for the products currently represented by Instronics and are continually searching for new products and applications to better meet the current and future requirements of Canadian Industries.

Instronics maintains a number of Dealers, Representatives and System Integrators which market a number of Instronics' products into their areas of expertise. This configuration helps Instronics provide field sales support into most major industrial and commercial centres across Canada. Instronics has retained all of the current suppliers under formal distribution agreements to provide stability to end-users. Together with the manufacturers, Instronics will continue to supply and support leading-edge products and services to meet the current and future needs of the end-user.

Maintenance of all products sold by Instronics is handled out of our Pickering office and with the total back-up from our suppliers, combined with two Specialized Third Party Maintenance Organizations provide uninterrupted support to the end-users throughout Canada.
