BY APPLYING FOR AN ADULTKEY ID YOU ARE IMPLYING THAT YOU COMPLETELY AND UNCONDITIONALLY AGREE WITH THIS POLICY AND THE FOLLOWING TERMS:

1. You are atleast 18 years of age, if you are a resident of the United
   States of America you meet the minimum legal age laws and provisions to view Adult and X-Rated materials.
   
2. You understand that AdultKey is only a Password Verification Service,
   and that it has no affiliation or responsibilty towards the sites it
   protects other than providing ID's and Passwords for them.
   
3. The UNLMITED USAGE AdultKey ID (Cost $60) is usable unlimited
   amount of times OR as long as the AdultKey Verification Service is
   an Active Service on the Internet, and is NOT REFUNDABLE, and
   NOT TRANSFERABLE in any case.
   
4. Any of the AdultKey ID's are NOT REFUNDABLE in any case.
   
5. AdultKey ID's are NOT TRANSFERABLE in any case.
   
6. AdultKey and Network Authentication Systems Corporation are NOT
   RESPONSIBLE and are not to be held liable in any way, related to anyone's purchase or use of the AdultKey ID or otherwise.

Violation of this policy will be pursued legally to the fullest extent of the law.
