Our intent is to provide a forum for support issues that are not of a dire and critical nature. That is, if you have a problem that can survive for a short time before you get a response, then this will be the place to submit your question. Submit your questions to the Wizards via email. Please include your name, company name, email address, operating system(s), hardware platform, etc. along with a detailed description of the problem you are experiencing. Someone at NIS will get back to you with a response.
Please be aware that all questions cannot be answered without either a billable visit or phone support time. You will be notified if we feel that your problem requires this kind of attention.
