JOINT VENTURE FORMED BETWEEN ETNA PRODUCTS, INC. AND CARL BECHEM GmbH

Etna Products, Inc., Chagrin Falls, OH and Carl Bechem GmbH, Hagen, Germany announced the formation of Etna-Bechem Lubricants, Ltd., a new joint venture company. Etna-Bechem Lubricants, Ltd. was formed to offer the world class, high performance, Bechem High-Lub specialty lubricants and greases, Fimitol metalworking fluids, process aids and support services of Carl Bechem in the United States through a fully operational specialty lubricant facility.

" The joint venture of Etna Products, Inc. and Carl Bechem GmbH offers the combination of over 200 years of experience in the development, manufacturing and overall service support of their respective specialty lubricant, greases and metalworking fluids businesses. Etna-Bechem Lubricants, Ltd. will maintain that same discipline and focus as it rolls out the various product lines, services and technologies of Carl Bechem to the marketplace here in the United States over the next several years" noted John C.
