  • State Relations Survey Results!  As a result of a recent survey designed to identify ways NASULGC can enhance service to our member state-relations practitioners, NASULGC will be increasing the number and scope of state-relations related electronic communications with interested members on a variety of identified topics.   The survey developed by the NASULGC Council on University Relations and Development in cooperation with the Council on Government Relations shows that:
    1. Funding and Governance issues top the list of state-relations concerns.
    2. Most state-relations practitioners monitor legislation/trends in states other than their own, but say gaps exist that NASULGC could help fill.
    3. State-relations practitioners at NASULC institutions are involved in decision-making at the highest levels of those institutions.
