Proposition 227
On July 9, 1998, the State Board of Education adopted the Emergency Regulations Title 5 California addressing Proposition 227. The Emergency Regulations have been submitted to the Office of Administrative Law (OAL) and will become effective following approval by that agency.

STAR State Testing Results
This is the web site for California's Standardized Testing and Reporting (STAR) program results for 1998. Another site with answers about test scores and what they mean is the School Wise Press site.
