The Yorktown Pennysaver was online years before the Internet was in every household, thanks to Robert's vision, enthusiasm and technical expertise. Under Bob’s guidance the fledgling bulletin board service has grown to a full-service Internet development agency, and the company has the ability to offer a broad range of new media related advertising products – including the Pennysaver Online, JobHunter1 resume service, TownLink and more. His extensive experience in technology management has enabled the company to offer top-notch design services and state-of-the-art hosting facilities at a reasonable cost. Peggy Derevlany - Web Developer and Marketing Manager
Peggy joined YEP in 1997, after ten years at Prodigy, where she was an integral part of the team which introduced the first consumer online service to feature a graphic interface. As Packaging Manager at Prodigy, Peggy’s accomplishments included establishing a retail brand identity for the Prodigy Service, launching product lines for several software and hardware platforms and managing the design of enrollment applications.
A graduate of St. Bonaventure University, with a M.S. from Long Island University, Peggy brings a strong information design, technology and marketing background to YEP. She enjoys teaching Internet classes in local adult education, and her experience working with new users is invaluable in developing web sites that are exceptionally "user friendly."At YEP, Peggy’s contributions include designing web sites, establishing marketing and business policies, developing client communications and managing daily workflow.

Louise Iyengar - Programmer
Louise been a part of YEP almost since its beginning -- November, 1996 -- and has been amazed to see how fast it's grown. Initially involved in the design of various sites, she now focuses on the back-end programming needs of our clients, such as database access and site statistics. She also assists Mike Fennessy doing server support. She previously worked as a computer programmer at John Hancock and Fidelity Investments, and as a technical writer at Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. Louise has a B.A. in English from Barnard College and an M.S. in Information Systems from Northeastern University.

Andrea Wagner - Web Designer
Andrea earned her degree in graphic design from F.I.T., and came aboard YEP early in 1997 with 10 years experience in publication design as the Art Director for Soap Opera Digest. She has integrated her knowledge of design with the technical skills needed to produce eye-catching, state-of-the-art web sites.
Andrea is responsible for the initial development of the Townlink Dining Guide, Business Guide, graphics and new look for the Westchester County Site, and numerous other clients. Whether you need a new logo, animation, special effects or a simple web presence, she can meet your demands. Oh, and an avid tennis player.

Glenda Daly - Systems Administrator
   Glenda has been with YEP (Formerly known as Spectrum) from it's inception. She began her career at the Pennysaver Corporation in 1993 in the classified department, then was selected by Robert MacDonald to develop this new and innovative company.
   Glenda is now one of two Systems Administrators. She is the primary initial contact with clients via telephone, e-mail and written correspondence (so be nice and she'll help you promptly!). Glenda also manages bookkeeping for all YEP companies and product lines. In her capacity as Project Manager for JobHunter1, she manages all aspects from price structure to marketing. Celebrating her first year of marriage!

Mike Fennessy - Systems Administrator
Mike came to YEP as a college grad where he studied history as well as computer applications. Serving as a systems administrator, he maintains the computers as well as some of the websites. While managing the server, he works with the design team to optimize the technical operations of the department. In addition, he has been handling all search engine registration and domain name requests. Since arriving, he has continued his studies by attending classes to enhance his abilities in trouble-shooting and repair. He also aids in the maintenance of several of the company’s networks. If you have a technical question, he's your guy.

Alice Pfeifer- Web Designer
The newest member of YEP, Alice worked in the PennySaver ad department until joining our team earlier this year. An accomplished artist and designer, originally trained on Macintosh systems, Alice fine-tuned her PC skills to make the transition to web design. Her sleek and soft approach to color and design has delighted many of our clients, including Maxime's and The Arch Restaurant and The Marino Roncari FrameGallery.
