Your Turn Next caters for different learning styles. All students will find activities
which are compatible with their preferred mode of learning based on multi-ability class
approach. To use the language
effectively learners need to understand and feel confident of the basic structures of
English and have a firm grasp of vocabulary relevant to the task and exercises.
 Learners study structures and functions in
detail, with an emphasis on the cognitive aspect: completing examples, building up grammar
tables and working out rules of form and use.
Activities are complemented with extra reading,
writing and listening skilis practice in the sections "Across Cultures", ·Cross

Pair and group work provides a medium to
develope the learners' experience of collaboration, mutual respect and support.
