Franklin Graham Festivals

Sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ is the aim of all of our efforts at Samaritan’s Purse. While Jesus healed the sick and fed the poor, His primary concern was the eternal destiny of every man, woman, and child. At Samaritan’s Purse, an important part of our outreach is the crusade ministry of Franklin Graham. Each year, he conducts a number of festivals—high-energy evangelistic crusades with music and testimonies from prominent performing artists, athletes, community leaders and others—in cooperation with the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association. Festivals not only provide an opportunity for people to make a personal commitment to Christ but also give churches and communities the opportunity to unite for the sake of the Gospel. Last year, more than 652,000 people attended the Festival ’98 tour, and over 63,000 indicated making public decisions to commit their lives to Christ.
