to the Business Opportunities Office Home Page. It is the policy of the
Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) that small businesses, small disadvantaged
businesses, and women-owned businesses have an equitable opportunity to
compete for contracts. JPL has an aggressive program designed to afford
small businesses the maximum opportunity to compete for contracts, and
to place the maximum number of contracts for supplies and services with
them, without decreasing the performance efficiency of any contract. The
responsibility to increase the opportunities for small businesses to compete
for contracts lies with the Business Opportunities Office.
