The web site simply offers a selection of brochures, bulletins, manuals and news releases, as well as selections from and summaries of statutes and regulations, to help consumers and the industry with some of the more common questions about alcoholic beverages and the regulation of alcoholic beverages in Texas.

Obtaining Copies of the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code and Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commisssion Rules

This web site includes some language from the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code, as adopted by the Texas Legislature, and the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission Rules, which includes regulations adopted by the Commissioners of the TABC. Copies of the code and rules may be purchased from TABC by calling 1-512-206-3333.
