Business Tax Information Center -- For information or forms for Withholding, Sales, Corporation, Truck Mileage, Motor Fuel, Petroleum Business, Alcohol, Cigarette, Tobacco, Beverage Container or Hazardous Waste Tax and the International Fuel Tax Agreement, call toll free: 1-800-972-1233

Personal Income Tax Refund Information -- To inquire on the status of your refund, call toll free:  1-800-443-3200.  You will need your social security number, the filing status , the number of exemptions and the address listed on your New York State tax return.  Touch tone phone callers can use an automated selection Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 7:25 pm.

Corporate Dissolution -- To dissolve a domestic corporation, call toll free: 1-800-327-9688

Tax Compliance Division -- For assessment, billing and collection questions, call toll free:  1-800-835-3554

Telephone assistance is available toll free from within the United States and Canada.  If you are calling from outside the United States and Canada, you need to call 518-485-6800.
