Our Airspace® and Terps® Professional software will allow anyone to quickly analyze a proposed site for air rights, construction height limits and determine the likely response from the FAA in seconds not weeks or months and save you, the customer, time and money.

Airspace® Software
AIRSPACE® software will locate all public airports near a proposed construction site, compute effects upon imaginary surfaces surrounding an airport, identify those electronic air navigation and air to ground communication facilities that may be adversely affected by your construction project and assist in the completion of a FAA Form 7460-1, "Notice Of Proposed Construction Or Alteration". Other FAA and FCC forms are also provided.

AIRSPACE® software analysis includes private airports, air/ground communication and air navigation facilities, existing obstacles, and FCC licensed AM radio station analysis.
Terps® Software
TERPS® Professional Software will calculate the Instrument Approach Procedures and provide height restriction information for Instrument Landing System (ILS), Localizer (LOC), Very High Frequency Omni-Directional Range (VOR), Non-Directional Beacon (NDB), and Circling Approaches in the airport environment area. The area covered by the instrument approach, your proposed site and calculated elevation limits of the location under study are displayed on the screen for your review. TERPS® Standard and TERPS® Professional latest version information.
