Member's Primary Domain Name - This is the first domain name you setup with us. Some of the data we keep with your account is stored as hardcopy using your domain name. On occasion we will require it to look into old records for you.

Member's Name - The Reseller's Name requested here is the name of the person or company we should contact if there is a problem with your order.

Member's Phone - The Reseller's Phone requested here is for our order department. It should be a phone number where they will be able to reach you if there is a problem with your order. This will help us process your order faster.

Member's Fax - The Reseller's Fax number is only required when you are setting up a server 4 or above. Server 4's and greater require a signed contract to be setup. You will be faxed the contract when the order is received.

Member's E-mail - Your e-mail address is required to send you confirmations of your order. You will be e-mailed what you ordered on this submission, and then confirmation of setup when the accounts have been setup on our servers.
