Our corporate staff includes military veterans familiar with military procedures and active/retired police officers familiar with security and law enforcement at all levels. Kenneth L. Nickles Jr., Corporate President of Guardian Security Company. Responsible for the day to day operation of the company.Mr. Nickles works with clients to develop a program to fit their security needs. Mr. Nickles curently holds a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice Managment and a Master's in Business Managment. He is the former President of the Fraternal Order of Police, Lodge#40; a member of American Society for Industrial Security and has experience in investigative work as well as alarm systems. He has been a training officer and police supervisor for various police departments, with over sixteen years experience. He attended the Missouri Law Enforcement Academy and numerous seminars relating to law enforcement. Specific duties concerning contracts include overseeing contract managment, coordinate equipment, uniforms and logistical requirments during transition phase and monitor quality control plan and inspection procedures.
Kenneth L. Nickles Sr., Corporate Vice-President. Sales manager with over twenty years expeience in security, law enforcement, and labor law. Mr. Nickles is an honorable discharged veteran from the United States Army and Missouri National Guard. He is well experienced in the investigative area. He attended the State University of Oklahoma in Norman, Oklahoma and studied labor law. Specific duties concerning contracts include supervise and oversee contract managers. Upon contract award, he will actively participate in the entire phase in plan and remain in the area until complete takeover is accomplished. Duties include hiring employees, ordering employee uniforms and required equipment, implement training program, coordinate logistical support between corporate office and performance area and establish administrative procedures for employees, including inventory and inspection procedures.
James D. Windle, Corporate Treasurer/Administrator. Responsible for the overall operation of the Personnel Department, which includes palnning and formulating general personnel policies, overseeing compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations as well as other personnel fields. He has completed a police science course in 1993 and has experience as a county deputy sheriff and radio commnications dispathcer for the Crawford County Sheriff Deparment. Mr. Windle is a 20 year military veteran with the United States Air Force.
Donald Coplin, Assistant Administrator. Responsible for phasing in new contracts, insuring quailty control and contract compliance, guard force administration. Responsible for reviewing, researching and preparing proposals for government and commercial contracts. Associate of Applied Science in Computer Technology. Certified N.R.A. Firearms and ASP Instuctor.
