Repeating Same E-mail

When you check your e-mail, and you get the same e-mails over and over again,

This happens because you have a large amount of e-mail trying to be delivered to you and it cannot finish delivery of all of it.

The way you fix that is:

  1. Go to www.mics.net and then click on Web E-mail on the right hand side of the screen.
  2. Type in your username and password in the spaces provided. Your username is the first part of your e-mail address before the @ symbol. (username@mics.net).
  3. Once you log in, you will see your e-mail that is still on the mail server. Look at your mail and see if you see a large message. The size of the mail is listed on the right side. A large file size would be over a few KB.
  4. When you find the large e-mail, click on the box on the far right-hand side of the e-mail and this will select it.
  5. Then click on Move at the top and confirm the move to TRASH.
  6. And finally, before you exit, click on empty trash. (it is the icon on the upper left-hand side next to the logout button)
