Today CHIMET is able to treat all kinds of industrial scraps containing gold, silver, platinum, palladium, and rhodium.
CHIMET Spa recovers, refines and inerts ashes, powders, slimes, bars, liquids, scraps, films and X-ray photografs, coming from gold and silver workshops, chemical and petrol-chemical, electronic and plant engineering, photographic and galvanic industries.
By using some of the world's most sophisticated machinery and ensuring that each stage of the recovery of precious metals is performed with scrupulous attention, customers are given maximun guarantee of yield, from both business and tecnical point of view.

When metals are consinged to CHIMET Spa the stages can be followed personally from the sampling to on-the-spot analysis, and from the sealing of homogeneous material in containers to tests at specialized institutions.

An additional two samples are held at CHIMET Spa vault: one for CHIMET Spa's analysis and one for an eventual check on behalf of an umpire which has been agreed upon by both parties.
