Outreach Annual Report February 2000 - MAA has issued a report about the first year of the Client Outreach Project. The report shows how the Project assisted over 5,000 clients to enroll in Healthy Options, and depicts the growth in covered children since the project started. Good News - Outreach Project Continues! December 1999 - In late November, Congress passed legislation lifting the October 1, 2000 sunset on the Medicaid-TANF Delinking Fund. This means that states, including Washington, can continue to access the fund until their share of the money is used up. MAA is extending current Medicaid Outreach contracts to at least December 2000. Outreach Contractors can continue their outreach efforts to enroll eligible families and children in Medicaid. |
