| The William Bryant faculty and staff believe academic achievement, social growth, and emotional development are best fostered in a positive environment which emphasizes guidelines and high expectations. The development of basic guidelines not only helps foster a positive learning environment, but ultimately helps students develop the primary objective of self discipline. Our adopted guidelines and expectations are based on the concept of "discipline with dignity" with respect to all individuals involved. The establishment of this positive learning environment is the responsibility of all-each parent, staff member, and student. Parents are encouraged to become active participants in the educational process. Faculty and staff must make a commitment to take advantage of the opportunities provided. All must work together in support of a caring, disciplined environment so that all children can have the opportunity for a successful and productive learning experience. |
