| Those involved with students at Thomas Ultican Elementary School believe that all students can learn and can achieve mastery of basic gradelevel skills regardless of their previous academic performance, family background, socioeconomic status, race, or gender. The staff believes the purpose of the school is to educate all students to high levels of academic performance while fostering positive growth in social/emotional behaviors and attitudes. They accept the responsibility to teach all students so that they can attain their maximum educational potential. |
