| The Franklin Smith Elementary School staff believes that through the cooperation of home and school, they can create a positive orderly environment in which children will develop socially, emotionally, and academically. The staff believes that through this nurturing and caring environment, children will perform up to a high standard of achievement and behavior. They further believe that through these efforts positive selfconcepts will be developed which will enable children to become productive citizens in a changing world. |
