Students must complete these minimum requirements for a high
school diploma as prescribed by the State of Missouri and the Blue
Springs R-IV School District. Students must also pass the U.S.
Constitution Test and the Missouri Constitution Test. Also
required for graduation are eight semesters of high school
attendance. Counselors can answer specific questions regarding
high school minimum graduation requirements.
Students who have completed their 23 minimum credits upon the
conclusion of the seventh semester of high school may choose a
modified graduation program. Counselors can provide details
about that program to students and parents. Students should
inquire about this program during the freshman or sophomore
