Experience a wide variety of accommodations at South Seas Resort. Our seasonal rate ranges reflect the opportunity to choose the type of accommodations that best suit your needs. We offer everything from spacious hotel rooms to one-, two- and three-bedroom accommodations. We also offer a selection of private homes, both on property and just outside the resort on Captiva Island. Apart from accommodation type, rate ranges reflect location and view. Locations are available with spectacular views of the Gulf, gardens, marina or golf course and convenient to the beach, marina, restaurants and shopping.

Pets are not permitted, but we can assist with arrangements at nearby kennels
Limited parking does not allow space for motorhomes, campers, boats or boat trailers and recreation vehicles

A 16-18% gratuity is added at point-of-purchase in all food and beverage outlets

An $8.00 per person daily service charge includes:
* Use of the fitness room
* Use of beach services
* Newspaper delivery Monday through Saturday
* Long distance access fees when using 0+ and 1-800 operator services
* All resort service personnel gratuities except bellmen
* On-property transportation at South Seas Plantation, provided by courtesy open-air trolleys with stops located throughout the resort.
