The SW Human Development Center works with young pregnant teens and young women with children 0-6 months old in providing services for parenting and self-help skills, child care, community resources, etc. This is an in-home visiting program and has a strong male component for teen dads. In order to qualify for this program, participants need to meet federal poverty guidelines.
