The International Horse Foundation in collaboration with Sullivan School and City of Phoenix/At Risk Youth Division will conduct a series of twelve week courses in Cave Creek, AZ. This course will emphasize all aspects of horsemanship, including safe riding techniques as well as the proper care and maintenance of horses.
