This is a partnership among City of Phoenix, A.S.U., and the Murphy Community Foundation. Goals for this program are to develop a sense of community cohesiveness; decrease use of alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs within the community; increase the educational attainment of youth and their families; create a positive community image; and increase the overall health and social functioning of families.
