Copy Management Services

 

~We manage centralized copy centers, provide in-office copy machines and obtain volume discounts for our customers by ordering copier paper in large quantities~

We operate 7 centralized Copy Centers located throughout the three DOT headquarters buildings.  These centers contain over 40 high-speed multifunctional copiers and produce over 80 million copies per year at an average cost of 1.5 cents per copy, including all paper, maintenance and supply costs.

Color Copies 75¢ per copy, located in copy centers

We provide DOT customers with 200 copiers in individual offices.   Copies made at these machines average 2 cents per page, including delivery of paper to the individual offices.  Paper for these copiers is purchased separately.

We obtain volume discounts on copy paper for customers by ordering in large quantities for all Copy Centers and in-office machines.
