Return completed visa form to the Embassy, together with: 

    two (2) photographs attached, 
    a valid passport, 
    a self-addressed stamped envelope, 
    the visa fee of $20.00 in cash, cashier's check, company check or money order only (no personal check accepted), and 
    $4.00 for Certified Mail, $15.50 for Federal Express or $11.95 for Express Mail for the return of the passport. 

Photocopy of round trip ticket is required or a company cover letter for business visa.  

The health requirement is yellow fever vaccination before the departure to Mali. Cholera is recommended.  
   VISA PROCESSING REQUIRES THREE (5) WORKING DAYS  

The validity period is one (1) month from the date of entry to Mali. Requests for an extension of visa may be obtained in Bamako. Prior to entry in Mali, the visa is valid for three (3) months.
