Intense City provides accounts to many clients; We have a responsibility to protect these clients and to provide the best service available. The following guidelines were designed to insure that all clients receive quality service.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee:

Intense City offers a 30 day money back guarantee on new web hosting accounts. This does not apply to resold accounts. If not satisfied with our web hosting within the first 30 days of your account setup, you will be given a full refund of the services amount (excluding setup fees) We must be notified within the first 30 days following activation. No refund is available after the 30th day. Email billing@Intense City.net

Refunds will be issued by check.  If you paid by check, we reserve the right to wait 30 days (for your check to clear) before issuing a refund check. This guarantee does not apply to additional services such as chat rooms, Email accounts etc. 

For customers who have purchased a quarterly or yearly plan or paid in advance and wish to cancel before the end of the plan, we will refund the balance, however you will be chargeed on the full monthly rate for services provided.

Payment 
Intense City currently accepts credit cards (Visa, MasterCard). Intense City also accepts personal/business checks, money orders, or International money orders in U.S. currency, drawn from a U.S. Bank.

All fees are payable in advance for the upcoming month (unless prepaid) on a anniversary date billing cycle. Although you may cancel your service at any time, you remain responsible for any outstanding monies due and payable at the time of cancellation. You are responsible for notifying us when you wish to cancel your service. You may email billing@Intense City.net

Credit cards are charged automatically on the anniversary date of the payment period, unless we receive instructions indicating otherwise. You will only be refunded for unused services if you have prepaid for more than 1 month., 

Past Due accounts
Accounts that are past due in payment of balances due will be given 7 days notice (via email to your default email: yourdomain@yourdomain.com). If no response is received in that period, the delinquent account may be terminated. 

Billing Policies & Prices
Intense City reserves the right to change its policies or prices at any time. Prices are good only for the period of pre-payment. Customers will be notified of changes to prices or billing policy prior to renewal of service agreement. 

Excessive Traffic
will not begin to be metered until your Web presence traffic exceeds 8 gigabytes in a given month, this is 30 times what the average user needs. At this point our affordable fee of US $20.00 per gig will be activated. 

Certain types of sites typically exceed the above limitation. Such sites include file/download archives, mirrors, and other sites with a primary purpose of file distribution. 

Accounts used as a backup facility, or which negatively impact other customers, are prohibited. Due to the unique resource characteristics and traffic patterns associated with certain types of sites, we reserve the right to limitthe following site types to 3 gigs of free traffic: 

· Subhosting - any domain housing additional users 
· Shareware, sound, video, image and multimedia archives 
· Mirror sites 
· Distribution points 
· Any site whose primary purpose is file distribution 

Content

Examples of non-acceptable content or links:

* Pirated software
* Hackers programs or archives 
* Warez Sites 
* Irc Bots 
* Mp3 

Lawful use
Customers may not use Intense City facilities and capabilities to conduct, or solicit the performance of, any illegal activity, or to conduct any other activity which infringes on the rights of Intense City or any third party. 

Inappropriate material
Intense City accounts may not host or handle material that contains nudity, pornography, adult material, obscenity, discriminatory/hate propaganda, "warez", material which promotes the illegal distribution of software, or any material that results in reasonable complaints from other customers or third parties. In addition any site selling or promoting Bulk email services or software is not allowed 

Interference with service
There shall be no attempt to gain unauthorized access to Intense City systems or accounts, disrupt service or network connectivity, misuse Intense City facilities, or create fraudulent accounts. 

Chat Rooms
We do not allow clients to install their own chat rooms. These tend to be large system hogs and we cannot allow it as an account option. We do provide a choice of Java chatrooms for a small extra charge that will more than fill your needs and run without hindering the performance of the machine for others. You are limited to one chatroom on your domain.

Background Running Programs
We may allow programs to run continually in the background. These are considered on a one to one basis and an extra charge will be incured based on system resources used and operational maintenance needed.

CGI Scripts
Each account comes with its own cgi-bin. You are free to use any CGI scripts you wish, however we reserve the right to immediately disable any CGI script that effects normal server operation.

Promotions and prices
Intense City may cancel specials at any time. Prices are subject to change at any time, and prices are only guaranteed for the initial period of prepayment.

Commercial Advertising - Email:
Our servers may not be the source, intermediary, or destination address involved in the transmission of spam, flames, or mail bombs. Your domain may not be referenced as originator, intermediary, or reply-to address in any of the above. We consider spam any mass unsolicited message in the mediums of Newsgroups and Email. If you are found to have spammed, then we will immediately, without warning, disable your domain.  Violation will result in immediate termination of all services without refund. Fines and legal action may be imposed.

Intense City's mailing list services are provided for use as discussion forums only, and may not be used to distribute unsolicited email. All users on a list must have personally subscribed to that list. 

Intense City reserves the right to change its policies at any time for any reason. 

Termination/Refusal of Service:
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service at our sole discretion. If any terms or conditions are failed to be followed it will result in grounds for immediate account deactivation. 

Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to one of our  servers or another customer's Web presence is strictly prohibited. Any violation of the above terms or conditions will result in grounds for account termination. We will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.
