CAP, Industry Canada's Community Access program works with rural Canadian communities to take advantage of new communication technologies. CAP's goal is to foster economic, social, and cultural growth in Canada. All CAP sites are community-based, with a variety of provincial, territorial, and national partnerships supporting these local initiatives.         This Community Access Program site is provided with funding by Industry Canada, with contributions from the Bamfield Community School Association, School District 70 (Alberni), North Island College, Bamfield Marine Station, School for Field Studies, Huu Ay Aht First Nations, Alberni-Clayoquot Community Skills Centre, and Bamfield resident volunteers.
