It works on a "dial-back" basis, that is traffic heading from the Internet or remote users to your server will trigger an ISDN dial-up from the Nasionet node to your server. The dialback process is entirely automatic and optimized. It will keep call charges to a minimum, and at the same time, the time delay to establish a connection is minimal. This creates a true two-way communication for Internet and intranet services, just as an expensive leased-line provides. This is an "on-demand", true "virtual" leased-line service that will meet your Internet and Intranet connection needs at a widely acceptable cost.

RM 12,000 per annum nasionetISDN Virtual Leased-Line for Internet with.ISDN dial-up (up to 2BRI/128kbps) and fixed dial-up number/port - RM 16,000 per annum

Other conditions of service:

The customer to pay for the ISDN call charges on both ends.

The customer to provide their own router and ISDN router equipment at their premise. (Customer may purchase the ISDN router from Swiftcom if require)

The minimum agreed service period is one year (i.e. the Customer is to subscribe to the service for a minimum time period of one year; service is renewable annually).

Support Services
Our service center is manned between 8.30am to 10.00pm. And our customer service personnel can be reached via pager 24 hours a day. 24-hour standby support service is also available on request and subject to additional charges.
We have fully qualified technical support personnel to assist customers in configuration of their network and servers to ensure the successful implementation of the Internet or intranet connections.
