I authorize nasionet to charge the credit card, which I previously provided to them for this purpose, at the then-current rates for fees for Internet use.

I understand that my credit card will be automatically billed on a periodic basis as a pre-payment for services to be provided the following period.

|
I understand that nasionet may continue to charge the card provided, for all fees and charges due until I change my payment method or cancel my account.
|
|
I understand that if a charge is declined by my financial institution, this is treated the same as a check returned for insufficient funds, and will result in a RM20 fee added to my account balance.
|
|
I also understand that I must notify nasionet in writing, with 30 days advance notice of my request to discontinue this automatic charge agreement.

General Terms and Conditions

Nasionet exercises no control whatsoever over the content of the information passing through it.
|
|
Nasionet makes no warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, for the service it is
providing. nasionet also disclaims any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular
purpose. nasionet will not be responsible for any damage you suffer. This includes loss of data
resulting from delays, nondeliveries, misdeliveries, or service interruptions caused by its own
negligence or your errors or omissions.

Nasionet may only be used for lawful purposes. Transmission of any material in violation of Malaysia regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted
material, material legally judged to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade
secret. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless nasionet from any claims resulting from your
use of the service which damages you or another party.

Any attempt to access or modify unauthorized computer system information or to interfere with
normal system operations, whether on the equipment of nasionet or of any computer system or
network that is accessed via the nasionet communication service, will result in the immediate
suspension of services. These unauthorized activities include, but are not limited to: guessing
at or using passwords other than your own, accessing information that doesn't have public access
permissions, and accessing any computer system on which you or the public are not welcome.

Any access to other networks through nasionet must comply with the rules appropriate for that other network.
|
|
Management reserves the right to refuse the use of login user name that users chose.
|
|
Management reserves the right to refuse/disconnect service to anyone at anytime for any reason.
|
|
Use of any information obtained via the nasionet communications service is at your own risk.
nasionet specifically denies any responsibility for the accuracy or quality of information obtained through its services.

|
Accounts are due and payable on the specified monthly date. Accounts remaining unpaid 7 days
after due date are subject to a $10 late charge, and may have their service interrupted. If payment is returned unpaid or rejected
by your bank, your service will be interrupted and you will be assessed a $20 penalty. Service interruption does not
relieve you from the obligation to pay any outstanding charges and penalties. Interrupted services may be resumed
upon receipt of full payment within the invoice period, and with full payment plus the appropriate connect charge thereafter.

Service is perpetual but may be canceled in writing at any time with no penalty. However, for
automatic charges/debts, a 30 day notice of request to disconnect autocharge/autodraft arrangement
is required. nasionet reserves the right to change the rates and otherwise mofify these Terms and
Conditions by notifying you 30 days in advance of the effective date of the change.

Unless otherwise specified in writing, accounts are for the use of only one individual, the named account user, for one computer, and then only while the account user is active at that computer's keyboard. Account users are prohibited from accessing their accounts from any other computer or permitting others to know their password and/or to use their account.
|
|
These Terms and Conditions supersede all previous representations, understandings or
agreements and shall prevail notwithstanding any variance with terms and conditions of any order submitted.

|
Use of nasionet constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
|
|
Use of Netscape product must comply to Terms and Conditions of Netscape Communication.
|
|
The use of nasionet service must be compliance to the net etiquette as described in Warning page.
