ABA coment on Consolidated Press Holdings announcement

The Australian Broadcasting Authority notes the announcement made by Consolidated Press Holdings (CPH) to the Australian Stock Exchange that CPH have acquired FXF Management and have appointed new directors to the board of FXF Management.

The ABA maintains a continuing interest in the relationship between CPH, FXF Management, FXF Trust and John Fairfax Holdings Limited, and will be seeking further information from CPH on the implications of the acquisition.
