Recent Activities: NTIA's Telecommunications and Information Infrastructure Assistance Program held a series of workshops with prospective grantees in January and February to provide help in applying to the program. The President’s March 3, 1998 memorandum on "Conducting Conversations with America" requires that we report every two months to the National Partnership for Reinventing Government (NPR) any upcoming events where we plan to engage Americans in conversations about improving government service.
