Our MISSION at AEGIS Training and Readiness Center Detachment, is to provide, through premier education and training, the knowledge for surface combatants to operate, maintain, and decisively employ surface combat systems. Together, we shape combat capabilities, and improve readiness for our Navy through teamwork, innovation, and a dedication to excellence.
