You must be thinking about visiting our facility. Since we receive so many
requests from
our visitors, we have put together some information to assist you in planning your visit.
We hope this information will be helpful in finding us.
All visitors must contact their NAWCAD St. Inigoes POC well in advance of any Webster Field visit.
To comply with NAWCAD directives for visitor entry and control, the visit information must be entered
into the Command Entry Control System (CECS) prior to the start date of the visit.
For Classified Visits:
If a contractor will be visiting Code 4.5.8.3 or a civilian employee or military person who is not
assigned to NAWCAD will be visiting Webster Field, that visitor must send their clearance and visit
request information directly to Visitor Control. Visitor Control can be contacted at (301) 342-9660
Ext. 28 or by fax at (301) 342-6832.
For Unclassified Visits:
If a contractor will be visiting Code 4.5.8.3 or a civilian employee or military person who is not
assigned to NAWCAD will be visiting Webster Field, that visitor must send their Visit Request to
(301) 862-8020 by phone or (301) 862-8936 by fax.
For prompt processing of visit requests, please ensure the following information is provided:
Visitor’s full name (First, Middle Initial, Last)
Visitor’s SSN
Date(s) of Visit
Code 4.5.8.3 point of contact (must be a Government employee)
Purpose of the visit (be as specific as possible)
Visitor’s contract number (required only for contractor personnel)
Clearance information (only required for classified visits)
Citizenship Status (see below)
If the visitor is not a U.S. citizen, the Webster Field Security Officer must be contacted at
(301) 862-8351 for detailed visit instructions.
Upon arrival at Webster Field, all visitors must report to the NAWCAD St. Inigoes Security Office.
The Security Office is located at the end of Villa Road by the Main Gate in Building 8133. All
visitors must obtain a visitor's badge and a temporary vehicle pass in order to enter the base.
At Security Office check-in, you will need to know your point of contact's name, their telephone
number, and the building number that you will be visiting.
