Description:
Provide assistance to ambulatory patients who require transportation from their home to and/or from cancer treatment centres for radiotherapy, chemotherapy, or a follow-up appointment.

Individuals with cancer.
(Note: Client must complete an eligibility form. Request for transportation must be made two business days in advance of appointment.)
