Health Video Series

The Credit Vally Hospital Media Services Department includes an award winning video production unit. Our videos are distributed across North America to hospitals, schools, clubs and associations. Our primary function is the promotion of wellness and ilness prevention through educational videos. We also produce staff and medical education videos, and videos for public relations and fundraising purposes.

Videos are produced on broadcast quality Betacam SP to ensure the highest technical standards. Our contaces, suppliers and creative team members are among the best in the business. Production costs are contained to approximately 75 per cent of the industry standard due to our in-house privileges.

Adventures of Ruffus and Andy Series

The Adventures of Ruffus and Andy is a series of three entertaining videos for children featuring live action and puppets. These videos are ideal for young children either at home or in a school environment.

The Rescue - Go on an adventure with Ruffus and Andy as they set out to rescue their friend Sara from the hospital. This video takes children through several hospital departements to teach them what hospitals do and how they can help people. This educational video is ideal for children who are going to be exposed to a health care institution or have friends or family currently in the hospital. Breathless - Follow Andy and his dog Ruffus as they help their asthmatic friend Simone on an adventure that takes them to Toronto Maple Leaf Gardens to meet Don Cherry and two National League hockey players who are also asthmatic.
